Download options
Download file saves a standalone HTML document that keeps the invoice layout. Print or save PDF opens your browser print dialog, where most browsers let you choose Save as PDF.
What is included in the download?
- Business and client details, including optional tax IDs and contact fields.
- Line items, quantity, rate, item-wise tax, subtotal, discount, shipping, and total.
- Amount paid, balance due, payment terms, payment instructions, notes, and signature.
Keep your own records
Downloaded and printed invoices should be stored wherever your business keeps legal, tax, or accounting records. Browser history can be cleared, so do not rely only on local browser storage for documents you must retain.
