Tax-ready invoice records

InvoiceMaker.org is designed to be browser-first. Saved documents stay in your browser on your device, not on our server. That is useful for privacy, but it means you must download or print anything you need to keep.

Recordkeeping checklist

• Download or print invoices, estimates, quotes, credit notes, and purchase orders you need to keep.
• Store final copies in your accounting software, secure drive, or business records system.
• Do not rely on browser cache or local storage as your only record.
• Export and delete records according to your legal, tax, and privacy obligations.

Cloud storage caution

If account storage or cloud sync is added later, it should include secure login, encrypted transport, access controls, export and deletion controls, retention limits, and a lawyer-reviewed privacy policy before launch.
